How to choose your shoe size

First of all measure your foot:

1. Place a sheet of paper on the floor and align the short edge of the sheet of paper with the wall, so that it rests well. Now press your heel against the wall and rest the sole of your bare foot on the sheet of paper;
2. Using a pencil, make a mark on the paper in front of the tip of your longest finger;
3. Measure the distance between the edge of the sheet of paper that you had placed against the wall and the mark made with the pencil, rounding it up to the nearest millimetre.
