Orders placed through the Musto Calzature srl online shop will be processed, prepared and delivered to the courier within 24/48 hours of the order confirmation (at the cost specifically indicated on the site before sending the order) and receipt of payment, subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods and bank verification for our new customers.

Orders are shipped by Musto Calzature srl , from Monday to Friday , 10:00-17:00 .
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning. Delivery in Italy is within 24/48 hours from the shipment of the products. The estimated delivery time for Sardinia, Sicily and the smaller islands is 5/6 working days, you can monitor your order from the tracking that will arrive by email. Musto Calzature srl reserves the right to accept or not requested deliveries outside the Italian or European borders. Delivery in Europe is within 5/6 days from the shipment of the products. In any case, for deliveries to be made outside the Italian borders, shipping costs and delivery times may vary. In all cases Musto Calzature srl reserves the right to postpone the shipment if events with causes of force majeure occur. All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with Musto Calzature srl and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests the return to the sender, any shipping costs, charged to Musto Calzature srl, will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.
Orders may experience delays in shipping and delivery during sales periods and holidays.
In all cases, Musto Calzature reserves the right to postpone shipment if events with causes of force majeure occur.

For deliveries requested in countries outside the European Union, any import customs charges will be borne by the recipient. The Customer is therefore invited to contact the customs authorities of his/her country in advance to verify the costs and any import limits.

The delivery times indicated by Musto Calzature srl must be considered as purely indicative and a delay with respect to the same, or any delivery made with subsequent fractional shipments does not entitle the Customer to refuse the delivery itself and to request compensation or indemnity.

Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check:
that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document, that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or in any way altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape).
Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or any discrepancy in the number of packages or indications must be immediately reported by making a specific note on the delivery document of the product to be returned to the courier.

Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Musto Calzature srl shipments are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance loses its validity.
